Hello! I’m Mariah Guzman. Formally, I'm a Registered 200-hour yoga teacher, Reiki Healer, Tarot reader, intuitive guide and a social media manager.

Informally, I'm a Leo, whose creativity is driven through what lights me up and where I see I can make the most impact within my community. 

With a diverse background in media, I have honed a wide range of skills spanning video editing, live TV production, social media management, and wellness event marketing. My experience includes roles as a video editor and production assistant at ESPN, 247 Sports, and the Chicago Cubs Marquee Sports Network.

I serve as the Social Media Manager for Evolve by Erika, a meditation app and wellness influencer platform. Additionally, I hold a position at Lululemon Experiential as a Guest Experience Lead, focusing on orchestrating wellness events and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

I'm training to be a yoga teacher, an wellness enthusiast and Tik Tok lover. My integration into the wellness world began during COVID 2020 -- where I was committed to find natural ways of healing for myself and my family. Through that, I've integrated myself into the holistic wellness and fitness world by using my media skills. 

I hope to provide a sense of community for others while helping build other wellness brands to connect with their respective communities.
